Core Exercises At Home With Dumbbells. From this starting position, crunch your torso down toward your hips and tense your abs strongly. Then slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
Lie on the floor with a dumbbell gripped in-between your ankles. Twist your torso the side and lift the weight up and across your body with straight arms, using your core to control the movement. Do all your reps on one side and repeat on the other side.
Bend your knees slightly, tighten your core, and keep your shoulder blades together.
Pause for a second and then lower the dumbbell to the start.

Lie on the floor with a dumbbell gripped in-between your ankles. Bend into a half squat position and bring the dumbbell next to the outside of your left thigh.
